Read the qualifying step first
Look for who can participate, whether registration alone is enough, whether an opt-in is required and which deposit methods qualify. A new-customer claim is not a promise that every person without an account is eligible. The operator’s current Irish-facing conditions determine the actual offer.
Use the correct wagering base
Consider a fictional €25 bonus attached to a €50 deposit. At 6× the bonus, the qualifying-stake target would be €150. At 6× the combined €75, it would be €450. An isolated “6×” cannot tell you which calculation to use. This example does not describe a current offer or a legal maximum.
Check how your chosen game counts
If a hypothetical game contributes 25%, a €20 stake contributes €5 towards the target. A different game may contribute nothing. Read the excluded-game list and any maximum-bet condition before play. The apparent size of a bonus is a poor comparison when contribution rules differ.
Know when the promotion ends
Find the expiry date, time zone, withdrawal conditions and any winnings cap. Establish what happens to restricted funds if you cancel the promotion. Keep a copy of the full conditions rather than relying on an advert that can change later. Do not deposit more merely to finish an expiring requirement.
The UK regulator’s explanation of transparent promotion terms is an educational reference, not Irish licensing evidence. Our Irish casino directory separates gaming arrangements from Irish betting permissions. The game catalogue contains practice demos, which are different from promotional free spins and cannot be cashed out.
